I mentioned to a friend that I was looking to get my roof replaced and he said i should call Above The Rest in Perth. So I called their office in Perth and I spoke with Lara.I told her what I needed done.She said we will send our guys over to give you a quote. Zack the owner came the next day and they use a drone to determine the size and helps them price out the job.I had my quote the next day and I can say it was the best price of the three that I got quoted on. So I hired them to do the job.What my wife and I liked was that they have an office in Perth where you can go and see the different shingles and the office Manager Lara is so helpful in choosing the colors they can bring up your house on the computer and they can show you what the various colors look like on your home.The crew showed up on time and did a really great job.We were very impressed how well things went. We were very happy from start to finish and Thanks Lara for all your help.Honestly hire this team to do your roofing needs you will be very happy.

This is the second time we have hired Above the Rest Roofing to complete a job for us and again the work was fabulous. They always arrive on time, provide amazing quality work. They are impeccable in their work as well as in the clean up afterwards. The estimate was done super quick (they use satellite and computer imaging), the quote was super competitive, and I made some adjustments that were accommodated with a minimal charge. From start to finish took two days that included some surprises that the previous roof installer left hidden. These were fixed up immediately. The roof looks great now and I really appreciated the constant communication when there were issues. I have recommended this company to two neighbours and will continue to recommend.

Very good experience with ATR, re-shingling our bump out roof . Most of the communication was done online, which was very convenient for us; even the quote was done by software that used a satellite shot of our house. The guys were very professional and removed any evidence of ever being there – plus, they do their best to make sure everything is disposed of ethically. Zach came to inspect my roof as I was reasonably certain it was in need of replacement. He got up on the roof to inspect, sent me photo’s and explained what needed to be done. He put me on his schedule and three weeks later he and his team at Above the Rest Roofing came in and in one day stripped my house of its old shingles and lay down new shingles, underlay & roof vent as needed. They were fast, efficient and timely! Everything was cleaned up when the job was completed and I am very pleased with the way everything looks. They were on time an on budget. I wish all jobs were this easy!

This was our first time using Above The Rest Roofing and we were not disappointed. Being such a big investment we wanted to make sure we did our homework. We gathered quotes from many companies in the area and after weighing up all the pros and cons we decided on ATRR.

Their price was competitive and they were local, which meant a lot for us to support a local company especially in these times. While many of the quotes came in the form of a one sheet of paper with items listed on it, we were actually able to go into their offices in Perth and Lara walked through creating a quote with us there and then. She was able to pull our house up on the computer and estimate both the roof area, and as well as the number of peeks and valleys that we have. We asked if there was a need to visit the house to confirm the numbers and she said no. To their credit they stood by their quote and the price was never mentioned again.

One of our concerns was that when they arrived on site we would have to renegotiate the price, but that never happened. Initially we got the quote last year, but then the weather came in and then Covid-19 hit so it wasn’t until this summer that we again contacted them. They were kind enough to honour the price they gave last year, even though I’m sure there would have been a price increase in the New Year.

Lara provided us with addresses of past installs so we could decide on which colour we wanted. Although they have samples in the office, there is no substitute for seeing it on a roof. It also gave us an opportunity to see the standard of their work.

On the install day the first 2 guys arrived bright and early. Over the course of the next few hours more arrived and there was a constant hive of activity for the rest of the day. Our house has a lot of plants around it, and they places tarpaulins over everything which caught any stray bits of roofing that came down while they were working. At the end of the install, which only took one day, there was very little left behind. We did find the odd bit of shingle and a nail or two, but considering what they did and how much roofing the removed, this was inconsequential.

All in all we were extremely happy with all the team. They were all very polite, courteous and hard working. We were very happy with the whole process from start to finish. Being able to sit down and talk things through with someone was much better for us, rather than standing on the front lawn while someone was trying to calculate the size of the roof and tell you what would be installed at the same time. Seeing things being calculated on the screen gave us much more confidence in the price we were given.

We will be using them again without hesitation, but hopefully not for many many many years down the road (sorry ATTR).

Zach and his crew repaired my extremely weathered and, in some parts leaking (with holes) roof. Zach was very quick at getting me a very reasonable quote and very quick to book the job, as it needed to be fixed fairly quickly. The communication was great with a reminder the day before they came and at what time they would show up. They showed up at exactly what time they told me and were very quick to get to work. The whole crew was very respectful of the entire property and extremely clean in the removal process. I left for work and felt completely confident with them at my house. The whole job got finished in one day which was amazing! When I got home to a new roof it was such a fantastic job done, I could not believe my eyes! The effort and TLC these guys put in to make my extremely horrible roof look amazing was completely remarkable. All these guys truly take pride in making sure their work looks good, I couldn’t have asked for better crew or a better job done! This company is awesome..They did my roof in a day on July 24/2020..The job looks great and they left no mess at all..It was cleaned up like they had not even been there..All of the guys were friendly and very polite and the price could not be beat..If there was an A plus plus plus rating that is what i would give them..Very very happy.
